My husband and I used the Viana Hotel for our after party and to accommodate our out of state guests. The hotel is beautiful and rooms are great! Also for a very reasonable fee you can keep the bar open until late into the night. It was a great way to extend our wedding a few more hours!
Viana was about 10 mins away from my venue. We chose this hotel mainly because of its location and within their little small spa was where I found my makeup artist and hair stylist for my big day (Ericka and Anthony). They did an amazing job with me on my big day. I didn't have an up do i had big curls done. And i'm not really into hefty makeup so ericka only played out my eyes for my big. Which was exactly what I wanted. Everything else was just enough. But my eyes were HUGE. Everyone was complimenting how gorgeous i looked. My hair lasted all night, the curls never fell out till i washed it out. The Hotel was also awesome. They were so convenient. Everything was done over the phone and email. I had blocked only 15 rooms. And for our couple's room, they were so sweet and hooked us up with a flower petals and a bottle of champagne that night. We had no idea. That was super sweet.
Our wedding was at the North Ritz Club so we needed a hotel that was close. We decided to stay at the Viana Hotel and Spa and was not disappointed. The hotel is very modern and clean and the staff was amazing to work with. The rooms are very spacious. Erin was there to answer all my questions and accommodated all of my requests. She was so easy and great to work with. Louis always had a smile on and helped us with everything he could. The hotel was so great with allowing us to take pictures where we wanted and provided us with a shuttle to and from the venue which was key. They even put rose pedals in our room and gave us a bottle of champagne the night of our wedding. We had about 14 rooms of people booked and everyone loved it. The hotel could not have been more helpful and accommodating.

The Viana Hotel was such a GREAT find. They are a new modern hotel, not anything you can find on LI. When we found this we were ecstatic. They offered us the same block price as the Hampton Inn across the street. We could not believe the great value. We worked with Sarah and she was more than helpful throughout the entire year of planning, I would definitely try and work with her. The hotel and rooms are modern and brand new. They were accommodating to all of our requests. They offer a shuttle service ($400) and the option to keep the bar open after hours ($150). We stayed in the bridal suite the night before and the honeymoon suite the night of. We we returned from the wedding, they decorated the room with rose petals and champagne! My ONLY complaint was the hair salon. They have one hair dresser named Anthony Barone. I went for a trial and I couldn't be more disgusted. He is vulgar, rude and it was a really uncomfortable experience. I let the hotel know how inappropriate he was and I hope they find someone else. I will not let that effect my service rating for them.
