The Viana Hotel and Spa

I am so glad we decided to book rooms with Viana for our wedding. The staff was incredibly accommodating, professional, friendly and made a pretty stressful experience that much easier! The food we ordered for breakfast and lunch for me and my bridesmaids, while we were getting ready in one of their many spacious suites, was delicious and nicely presented. I asked for a steamer ahead of time and it was in my room upon my arrival. Front Desk staff distributed our welcome bags without a problem. Our suite had a bottle of champagne and rose petals waiting for us when we got back. We also had a small "after party" at the bar and in their game room and our guests had a great time. The staff was always very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend Viana to other brides getting married in the area.

The entire staff from sales, to front desk, to bar attendants and the servers for breakfast the next morning never missed a beat. A special thanks to Erin who truly was my right hand for the hotel bookings and making sure everything was set up perfectly. I can't thank her enough as well as all who assisted her in making things possible. Everyone enjoyed their stay and thought the hotel was beautiful and spotless! Thank you all for making everything possible and perfect!

The place is beautiful and wonderful. They were accommodating but very pricey. The bar stays open late which is nice and is a big area for people to hang out after the wedding. They did make up our room beautifully as well for the night.

I had my hair and makeup done at the spa for my engagement photoshoot and bridal trial. I had Erika for my makeup and Christina for my hair. They were both outstanding. They knew what I wanted, even when I had trouble describing it. They were respectful and receptive to my comments. They explained what they were doing and why, which I found to be great. they did great work and I will be using them on my actual wedding day. Very happy.

We used Viana as our main hotel for our wedding block. We worked with Erin from start to finish and she was terrific. We had a large number of guests booking at the hotel and in the end she was able to work with us to accommodate everyone. We emailed/called her constantly especially as the wedding got closer and she always responded quickly. My husband who is very picky when it comes to hotels stayed with Viana for 3 nights; he had nothing but great things to say. The hotel really took care of him and the bridal party and everyone else who checked in a couple of days before the wedding. We hosted a brunch at the hotel the next morning which Erin also organized for us. It was the perfect way to see everyone the next day before we left for our honeymoon. We were so nervous about picking the right hotel and getting the room block right and we are so thankful for Viana’s great hospitality.
