Corey was a pleasure to work with ... he listened to all my requests and was honest and professional. My cake came out EXACTLY like the picture I showed him and I could not have been happier. It was absolutely beautiful and tasted delicious as well.
Took me over a month to get my order set. I contacted them via phone they told me to email them my order. 2 weeks later no reply. I email again and waa given a name of a worker to speak to. When I called the lady had no idea why I was talking to her. She asked me why I was given her name to complete an order. I said I don't know he told me to talk to you.. She was annoyed and asked me to email her instead... wguch I did. Then she kept saying she never got my email. Finally she just took my order over the phone. The cake was pretty and everything I asked for. The guests enjoyed. They have good products here but staff needs to be more responsive.
