Bridal Suite of Bay Shore

Picking out a beautiful dress with Tammy's help was easy. The dress was a little snug at my first fitting. The only alterations it needed were the hem and having cups put in. I went back at least 4x, one being three days before my wedding, and the dress was never short enough. Finally when it them hem is done, I pick it up and it's supposedly "pressed" and the dress is wrinkled. They tell me to come back in three hours. Three hours later the dress looks exactly the same. I tell the attendant I am not happy, it's wrinkled, and she is trying to tell me it's the rouching in the dress. I know the difference between rouch and wrinkles. So she brings it upstairs for a 3rd time and it comes back only slightly better in the front. She tells me to have my mother press it. Um $3000 on a wedding dress and my mom has to press it? I kept telling her I am not happy with this, what are you doing to do about it and she doesn't even respond. She tells me it's not going to get any better and to just bring it home and leave it in the bag and it will be fine on the wedding day. The night before the wedding, we open the bag and it's BEYOND WRINKLED. It looked disgusting. My mother pressed it for an hour and half and it finally looks acceptable. I sent them an email with photos of the wrinkled dress and I get no response. I called the day after my wedding and I still get no response. My mother dealt with them while I was on my honeymoon and they STILL tried to maintain it was the dress's rouching. There was never "rouching" on the train it was a bunched up mess! After an hour of them fighting my mother about it not being wrinkled, they finally preserve it without charge. My mother drops it off for preservation and there is another bride there picking up her dress and wants them to press it again because it's wrinkled! If you do buy your dress there,find another seamstress to do your alterations and pressing.

Bridesmaid dresses came in in time without a rush order even though we ordered only 5 months before the wedding! Alterations were too expensive to be done there.

Amazing!!!!!!Antonella was my sales associate she was so sweet, she picked out the dress for me once I told her what I wanted and I fell in LOVE.....It was a a line dress but I wanted fit and flare so they were able to order it for me which was awesome.....It was a Casablanca dress it looked like a 10,000 dress and I only paid like $1,300...the fittings were perfect I only needed two because I had recently lost a bit of weight, the final fit was to die for, it was PERFECT.....GREAT VALUE for what you get!!!! LOVE THEM and Antonella!!!!!!

Annie had so much patience with me! went to a few places in Suffolk County and I felt that Bayshore Bridal has the best selection of dresses, and in my price range. Everytime I returned they had beautiful new dresses. all the people who worked there were very friendly.
