I LOVE this place!!! I got my dress, my bridesmaid dresses and my mothers dress here. I had the opportunity to work with both the Massapequa and Carle Place locations. Debra from their Massapequa location helped me pick out my dress and she was wonderful!! She made my experience feel truly special! She really listen to what I wanted and didn't try to push anything on me. Debra is a true GEM!!! Emila from their Carle Place location did my alterations and she went above and beyond to make sure my dress fit perfectly! I alway heard stories of bustle breaking. NOT MINE! My dress was in perfect condition the entire night!! I highly recommend them to anyone!!! They truly made my dress shopping,buying, and altering experience EASY and STRESS FREE!!
I am work with the Massapequa salon I had nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff and the way in which i was handled. I loved my the woman who helped me she was very knowledgable. My dress perfect! The bridemaids department has a great selection and the staff was very patient with my somewhat strange group of girls. I felt very comfortable. My sister got everything there 2 years ago and we did all of the girls there too. My family has always gone to Bridal Reflections. I am very happy with my experience. The owner Mary is very sweet and she is usually on hand if you have any questions. Good luck to all you brides I know it is stressful!!
There has never been a time I was so spoiled like when I was engaged. Not only did my family, friends and co-workers dote on me but Bridal Reflections also went above and beyond! The whole team at Bridal Reflections were genuinely excited about our big day and it made me feel so special. They were patient and organized from the beginning to the end. I never felt rushed to make a decision from the dress to the veil and never worried about timing because they were on top of it. I would highly recommend Bridal Reflections!
