I have no complaints with the sales rep- she did a great job on bringing out as many dresses as possible. She even brought out different styles of what i was looking for which I wound up buying. I love my dress. Although the owner promised me that they were the only store that had it but that night I found it in one of the bride magazines with other stores listed (not just theirs). We asked them about it and they had the designer rep call me and explain that other stores carry the brand, not that particular dress because it was new. Although I was a little disappointed they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. All in all I would recommend them.
