Swan Club on the Harbor

My husband and I got married at the Swan Club two weeks ago, and they entire day proved to be more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. Our maitre d, Pat, and bridal attendant, Eva were incredibly attentive to all of our needs, and helped us make sure we had a seamless, wonderful day. Leading up to our wedding, Pat helped us with every last detail, making sure that we felt comfortable with with all of our questions and concerns. Pat and Eva were both able to improvise and make sure that any last minute adjustments went off without a hitch. Our guests were happy, we were ecstatic and we miss our wedding day! Thank you Swan Club!

My wife and I just got married at the Swan Club, and we had a blast! The venue was beautiful - Swan Club really makes an effort to make the outdoor space perfect for pictures. The cocktail hour and the food was amazing - There was so much food provided at the cocktail hour that all my guests thought that was the main dinner. Everyone was stuffed (but extremely happy) going into the reception, just to realize that there was even more food! The bartenders were very accommodating with cocktails, which made many of the guests very happy. Swan Club also provides wedding cake from Dortoni Bakery, which was delicious as well! The only negative point I would make is around communication. The ceremony for the previous group ran almost an hour long, so all my guests had to wait in the waiting room. In the meantime, my wife was just waiting in the bridal suite with no updates provided to her. We were originally quite upset about the whole situation, so we let Shelley (the General Manager) know. To our surprise, she was very understanding and made every effort to make sure our feedback was heard and that we did not leave with a bad experience. We later also found out that we had 4 guests that had trouble getting a Uber to go back to Manhattan after the wedding. When Shelley realized what was happening, she offered to drive them back to their apartments! Shelley really goes above and beyond to make sure guests are happy and taken care of, and we really appreciate it!

The Swan Club was absolutely gorgeous. Our wedding was on June 5th, 2016. It was a cloudy/ rainy day and our ceremony was supposed to be outside but we were inside instead and it was absolutely mesmerizing. The windows were open, with high ceilings and a very open concept feel. Chelsea, our bridal attendant, was beyond wonderful. She made sure that when my husband got there he and his groomsmen were taken care of. She made sure that all us gals had everything we needed. She made the day flow so wonderfully she even bustled my dress. When it was time for pictures, if my husband and I needed a drink, she made sure we had one and was there for anything we needed. Our overall experience at the Swan club was a positive one.

We had our reception at the Swan Club and it was absolutely perfect!! From the begin everyone was so pleasant, helpful, and flexible! They accommodated all of our requests and made sure that we had everything that we needed the day of our wedding! Our bridal attendant was amazing and so was our maitre d! Our wedding was absolutely perfect and the staff just made it that much better! I would highly recommend the Swan Club to anyone!!

This place was just amazing! Great service, helpful, good price, beautiful gardens, & great food. Ceremony, cocktail hour & reception was wonderful! A wedding dream that delivered! Best wedding ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Highly recommended! Love the Swan Club!
