The Fox Hollow went above and beyond. I had my reception there and they were exceptional. Everything was great! Food was delicious!

Overall I am very happy with my wedding at Fox Hollow. The service during our wedding was excellent and the food was great! However I feel that some of the employees you deal with during the planning process are not aware of the companies policys as everyone gives different answers to questions. In order to get an answer you usually have to talk to a manager. If they could work on their customer service, they would be an excellent venue. That being said, I would recommend it as a beautiful and elegant location for a wedding. I figure no reception hall will be perfect. But they level off food, drink, and decor you get at Fox Hollow is top notch.

The Fox Hollow was amazing. I knew as soon as I walked in that I would be married there. We were actually booked somewhere else, and I canceled and changed my date just to be able to use the Fox Hollow. My only suggestion is make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing. EVERYTHING. No matter how nice your Banquet Manager is, if he/she leaves the company, you will not get anything they verbally agreed to. Unless you have it in writing somehow...

They were there for me every step of the way. We had a last minute officiant glitch and they fixed it for me without me needing to even lift a finger! They made my day perfect! Everybody was great! We had our wedding ceremony in the Garden terrace... it was gorgeous with the waterfall in the background and the natural light shining through the windows. It made our January wedding feel like it was outdoors! We had our reception in the Briar Fox... unfortunately, I didn't get to spend too much time there but the food was great and the bridal attendant made sure I had some food in the bridal suite. We had our reception dinner in the winter garden pavilion and it was perfect!
