Fox Hollow Catering

Fox Hollow was unbelievable the day of our wedding! From the start, Bruce C. who broke down everything for us and gave us an end all final price including tax and tip so we'd know exactly how much per person would be. He showed us around the entire venue and after many many searches elsewhere, this was our own perfect little rustic haven for our wedding, closer to home and with a good price to accomodate all the extras. Their restaurant that they have was wonderful and allowed us at a later date to take our parents to have dinner there for free, taste the food, and decide what was best on our menu for the wedding. We had gone back a few times to remind ourselves of the space, and each time, someone was kind enough to show us around again. Our ceremony was done on site in the winter garden outdoor ceremony with the waterfalls. We were allowed to take pictures during our first look and it helped us out a lot prior to the wedding so we could enjoy our cocktail hour. The reception in the winter garden glass pavillion with fireplace went off without a hitch! We had many DIY projects and lots to bring in including flowers the day before and the day of, and the entire staff was wonderful with letting us drop things off and labeling everything with a checklist. I must say, after the wedding, we looked through everything- and it was ALL there! Very important to the DIY bride who wants to make sure she has everything back from their wedding; centerpieces, candles, menus, you name it, it was there! Our maitre'D was Josh and Bridal Attendant was Anna and they did above and beyond service. They even came to the hotel room the day of while we were getting ready to go over things, and grab our last minute wedding decor and bring it over themselves. A friend of mine was doing all the preparations before the ceremony and reception and he was a huge help! Anna made sure we always had a drink in our hands! Best night ever, totally flawless!

The Fox Hollow was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Everything was done as planned. Samir and Noellie provided unbelievable attention to us and our family.

One of the biggest reasons we chose Fox Hollow was for its beautiful hotel next door. Having a block of rooms reserved for my guests we were able to enjoy everyone company at the wine bar after the wedding was officially over and enjoy breakfast with everyone the next day! The staff the day of was extremely accommodating (they were able to get a sauce stain out of the grooms tie within minutes during our photo shoot). The menu options and quality of food were phenomenal and we paid extra for the Venetian Hour... So worth it, they even packed up some of the extra desserts for us to bring home!

My wedding at the Fox Hollow was beyond perfect, especially with respects to the venue. The Maitre'd handled every second of the day, made sure everything ran smoothly, and most importantly made sure my hand was never without an ice cold beer. Our bridal attendant was completely in tune with my wife's needs the whole night, anticipating what she wanted at each particular moment. The venue was beautiful and the food was fantastic, I've never eaten so well at a wedding.

The Inn at Fox Hollow, adjacent to the Fox Hollow Catering Venue, was the hotel of choice for our large group of out of town guests attending our daughter's July wedding. We were looking for a hotel with nice outdoor space, including a pool, as well as adequate indoor areas for socializing. We also wanted a hotel that would give us a reasonable group rate. After staying in three hotels in the area and visiting ten others, we found Fox Hollow. Although the wedding and reception were held at a Mansion nearby, the Inn was the perfect hotel for our group. All rooms are Suites with full kitchens. They are large, clean, modern and functional. The common areas of the Inn are lovely, with fresh flower arrangements, citrus water, cookies and coffee offered daily. Buffet dinner is included Sunday through Thursday, and a large, hot buffet breakfast is included seven days a week. The Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. The Inn hosts many wedding groups and are prepared to help with any and all requests.
