There is nothing bad to say ... only good. From beginning to end the staff @ EW was exceptional. The food and service were incredible. I would recommend EW to anyone in a heartbeat.
The staff of the East Wind were very attentive to our needs and the needs of our guests. We had our ceremony and reception in the Estate. The ceremony was in the dining room and the staff of East Wind, along with our amazing florist Pedalstals, did such an amazing job that numerous guests commented that they didn't realize that they were in the same room for the ceremony and dinner. The food was great and every detail was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better night and everything was just amazing.
I loved everything about our wedding. The only advice I would have is to designate a go to person for the caterer to go to with any problems. I had 2 extra children at my wedding that weren't supposed to stay and the staff made my aunt feel a little uncomfortable. I just wish that they would have gone to my mom or someone instead of having a conflict with my aunt at the table.
I can't say enough about how amazing the East Wind was in making my wedding day a beautiful success. The food was absolutely incredible and the maitre'd was on top of EVERYTHING. Example: I was at my cocktail party talking to a couple of my friends with a plate of food in my hands, and looked around for somewhere for us to sit. Not 15 seconds later, Scott, my maitre'd wheeled up a fully decorated high table for us to put our food down on and with it brought over a sample of every appetizer being served. The bridal suite was beautiful, and our signature drink (which we paid extra for), the strawberry mojito, was delicious. Everything was so professional and taken care of that I had a FABULOUS time at my wedding and had nothing to worry about. They were amazing.
What can I say about East Wind? The food was amazing. The staff was more than helpful and responsive to our needs. The decor was beautiful. They met and exceeded my expectations on everything.
