We had a group of 7 people traveling to Colorado with a lot of luggage in addition to a pair of skis and 3 snowboards. North Country Limo accommodated all of us a week prior to our flight and at a reasonable rate. The woman who booked the 14 passenger van for us was very helpful (we do not travel often and were unsure what to expect). She helped us figure out what time we should leave and what vehicle would best suit us. Both of our drivers were also great. On the way to the airport we had Michael who arrived early and got us to the airport in plenty of time despite the traffic at 6AM. On the way home we had Samir. We ran into an issue at the airport- someone left with one of our snowboards on accident but luckily the woman working at the airport was able to contact them. We had to wait 15 minutes for them to make it back to LaGuardia to return our luggage but Sam was quick to accommodate us. He simply requested we call him when we were ready. He was patient and never made us feel rushed. Excellent customer service! We will definitely be using North Country Limo for any future trips.
