Great Service and staff. We got all of our limos for our wedding, and bachelor/bachelorette parties here and they thru in a complimentary round trip ride to/from the airport for our honeymoon. Billy is absolutely WONDERFUL but anyone there is a pleasure to deal with!
I was a bridesmaid at my friend Gina's wedding back in October and they used M&V. We decided to use M &V limousine because their drivers were so accommodating and worked well with my bridal party. To say the least my bridal party was a handful and the drivers were just awesome. Our driver his name was Anthony was very pleasant and cordial and he was even on time to pick us up at the end of the night. We used M & V for our wedding september 9th, 2017. They provided us with 2 white Chrysler stretch limos and an old Rolls Royce. They were perfect throughout the entire process. The staff was professional, they arrived early, and everything was taken care of as promised. Could not be happier with the service and we will be using them again for future events.
They were the only vendor we regretted during our wedding process. We got the princess rolls Royce and a 15 passenger Chrysler. The rolls Royce drivers door kept flying open >10 times and he kept grabbing it to close it which is terrifying on the highway and my wedding dress got caught in the door once. My bridal party told me the driver of the Chrysler was rude. They charged an extra 400 for the two cars for going 25 mins over. And he driver made a comment that he was was unhappy with the tip to the groom which is rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this vendor.
The party bus was 40 minutes late, and didn't even call me to alert me on the day of my wedding. I waited on hold for 20 minutes while they tried to figure out where the bus was as I was getting ready to leave for my wedding. Luckily the bus driver was extremely nice. Then the shuttle bus was 30 minutes late..... just really disappointing on my wedding day.
