She was reliable, communicative, knowledgable, adaptable, organized, friendly, and highly effective. She replied promptly and helpfully to all of our questions, got us wonderful deals, provided very easy-to-understand spreadsheets, and reacted resourcefully to fix the problem when someone at one of our potential hotels dropped the ball. Sara Hess is a dream to work with!! I came across Kleinfeld Hotel Blocks at a bridal expo and they reached out a short while after to initiate the room booking process. This FREE! hotel room block booking service is amazing and I can't recommend it enough. After discussing my priorities with Sara (location to venue, hotel rating, price etc) she reached out to a bunch of hotels and sent me a detailed spreadsheet with the room price, bridal suite price (pay close attention to this), hotel concessions, # of rooms for courtesy block (if avail) and other pertinent info. Based on this, I was able to narrow my search, ask her for further recommendations and set up site visits. I HIGHLY recommend visiting the hotels prior to booking as you'll be surprised how small a suite can be, esp for the price. Sara acted as our liaison and all communication went through her. She was prompt with her response time and was able to make revisions to the contract by negotiating on my behalf. Ladies, do not be afraid to ask for what you need to make a hotel work with your budget! Booking a wedding room block is a huge endeavor if you do it alone and you most likely will not get the best rate. Leverage Kleinfelds relationships to make this an easy, seamless process! I will be recommending their service to all of my friends getting married in the future.

Allyson and her team were great to work with when we were figuring out blocks for our upcoming wedding. Along with taking the time to figure out our specific needs, she sent an amazing breakdown of an excel spreadsheet so that we could compare apples to apples and even answered specific follow up questions in a quick and efficient manner. Once we chose our hotels, she was great coordinating with those hotels so that we could list the information on our wedding website. All in all, it was a very seamless and easy process and I'd recommend her to anyone who is trying to work on setting up a hotel block for their wedding or special event.

This service is amazing and takes the stress away from brides! You sign up and input the criteria you are looking for and they send you an email with some hotels and prices. I had previously called some of these hotels and now had cheaper prices for my guests! Marcie was amazing to work with!!! She listened to all my requests and multiple emails with questions. She answered all of them promptly. I was able to get the hotel block taken care of in 5 days!
