Incredible Hotel, Amazing Customer Service!!!! Highly Recommended! We recently stayed at this hotel for our wedding. We could not have been happier with the overall experience. Our guests were blown away by the cleanliness & overall decor of the hotel. I was blown away with the amazing customer service. Just speaking to any staff member you would never know who ran the place, took phone calls, or cleaned the rooms. You were greeted and treated the same by everyone. We had our rehearsal dinner on property and boy were we glad we did. We got amazing food and service at a fraction of what it would have cost us elsewhere. This hotel has plenty of rooms, tons of parking, and great food & drink options. The bartenders were friendly and knew their drinks. They had customers stopping in who were not even staying on property, that showed me how well liked they are. I can not say enough positive things about the place, my guests are still raving about what a good time they had. Thank you to the whole staff at Holiday Inn Plainview for making our weekend a memorable one!

I had the pleasure of booking this hotel for my wedding block. The staff in sales (Brandon and Sara) went above and beyond to accommodate us! They answered so many of our emails and phone calls especially right before the wedding. The front desk staff gave out welcome bags we had made for our guests. We stayed in the beautiful bridal suite and enjoyed breakfast the next day with all of our family and friends. The shuttle service to the wedding was reliable. I highly recommend staying here and/ or booking a block of rooms if needed.
It was my cousin's wedding and my family and I stayed at Holiday Inn for 2 nights and 3 days. It was a very comfortable stay. The rooms are very good, bathrooms spacious with all the amenities and since it snowed during our stay, the hotel looked all the more beautiful. All in all, a great experience.
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable!!! Sleeping was awesome with soft sheets and a dark, quiet room! Brightly lit bathroom area was great for putting on makeup. We were in town for a family wedding and everyone enjoyed the hotel!
