Four Points by Sheraton Melville Long Island

We were recommended by our wedding venue to contact Kim and her team regarding a room block for our upcoming wedding. As soon as the email was sent, the block was reserved and the process was complete! Kim and Mary provided exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and took the worry and stress off of us. They even booked shuttle services for our guests to and from the venue. Additionally, they allowed us to provide gift bags to our guests and distributed these upon check-in. There was some confusion at check-in, as most of our guests were from out of town and arrived early. However, the staff worked diligently to provide accommodations for our large families. Overall, the entire staff was extremely kind and inclusive, which was important to us as a same-sex couple. Our families had amazing experiences and enjoyed amenities, including the pool and bar. We were very satisfied with the customer service, as well as the honeymoon suite services, and encourage more couples to use this hotel for their wedding guests!

My son, his wedding party, and most of the guests stayed at the Four Points. The rehearsal dinner was there as well. The staff was very friendly, especially the front desk staff and Kim and Mary who handled the planning of the event. The room was set up as requested and everything was ready to go so we could decorate for the event. They were considerate and anticipated our needs. Everyone felt welcomed. Thank you to all of you.

My husband and I recently got married and we had blocked rooms at the Four Points Sheraton for all of our guests. It was the easiest thing we did for our wedding! The managers were absolutely fantastic! They consistently checked in with us, added more rooms when they saw ours all were booked, and made signing contracts a breeze! I would recommend staying here and definitely blocking rooms here if you’re getting married near by!

The staff was very good, the Rehearsal / Welcome room was perfect and the Sunday brunch worked perfectly... a good choice. I didn't actually stay at the hotel but everyone was very happy and I was very happy

My son got married this past weekend and the majority of our guests (55 rooms worth) stayed at the Four Points Sheraton. From the sales office that coordinated the block of rooms, to the front desk staff that handed out our gift bags and made sure our guests were comfortable, to the team that coordinated our Sunday brunch (which was outstanding) - everything was perfect. Although the hotel was fully booked for the weekend with several large groups, we were made to feel like we were the only people there. A terrific experience!
