I worked with Bobby to plan for my son's wedding. We had planned his Bar Mitzvah together so I was confident that he would do a good job. None the less I was just astounded by how impressive the floral arrangements, bouquets, chuppah and tables looked. Everyone complimented me on the decor! Flowers were beautiful....however attention to the contracted details non-existent. Bridal and bridesmaid bouquet flowers were beautiful, however not wrapped with what was discussed and chosen. Centerpieces flowers again were beautiful unfortunately they were not displayed as discussed. Hanging crystals all draped unevenly, ivy on some not on others, just put together like they did not care. Rose petals for cake table never done. Roses for memory table not even displayed with baby breath or fern just wrapped with white ribbon. Did receive beautiful flowers but that's about it. What was discussed prior to wedding is irrelevant because the sales person is not the one doing the work on your wedding day. The workers are at your wedding and they simply do not care. They are expensive and they should take care of their customers as promised.
