Absolutely amazing service. Even though my intended purchase was very small in nature (just a 10pt diamond!) and i resided across the globe (i.e singapore). The staff went out of their way to answer my every question, meticulously sending me pictures even though they really didnt have to. Kudos to Jonathan, Irene and Marie for the excellent service and patience! I highly recommend this place.

Just left Good old Gold and all I have to say is that I had such a wonderful experience there. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. My engagement ring is even more beautiful then before after the special touches they made to it. Thank you again I would recommend this place to anyone. Very trustworthy!

Love my reset rings! Phenomenal job and amazing service from start to finish! Where do I start to ensure I write a review that does justice to both Jonathan, his team and his amazing August Vintage diamonds??!!! Firstly, Jonathan, Darren and Linda were the best! Not only was there never ANY pressure, Jonathan (and Darren for that matter) were actually always very protective of ensuring I stuck with my original intentions of my dream stone and were extremely eager to find me the best diamond for my money! To clarify, I purchased an August Vintage Cushion (AVC) diamond and chose to go the custom cut route as there wasn't a diamond in GOG's inventory in my color/clarity/carat choice. Ultimately Jonathan found me the most AMAZING diamond in the world! It FAR EXCEEDS any clarity, cut and carat expectation that I could have ever dreamed of!!! To tell you that my diamond, even when it was in the temporary holder, literally stops people in their tracks due to its fiery brilliance is an understatement! When I wore it into a couple of local jewelry stores, the jewelers and gemologists at the stores were losing their minds! One jeweler initially thought my diamond was fake because it was so colorful and fiery! LOL Another employee asked if she could try it on herself :) They were calling over their colleagues and the owner of the store, who then asked if he could look at it under the microscope and all of them said they'd never seen such a beautiful diamond like it in person!!! Some have asked if the August Vintage diamonds are worth the premium they command.... I say, if you want a diamond that literally causes people's mouths to drop open, call their friends over from across the room to see your diamond, or comment that your diamond is the most beautiful diamond they have ever seen, then YES, that bit of a premium is well worth it!!! And when you consider Good Old Gold's trade in/up policy, I don't see any premium at all! Would I do business with Jonathan and GOG again? I will ONLY do business with GOG! They have a customer for life! Thank you Jonathan! My husband and I couldn't be more appreciative to you, your August Vintage creation and your lovely GOG family!
