The Mansion at West Sayville

My husband and I got married on September 10th, 2016. The manager Steve took amazing care of us. anything I wanted, he made possible. He made sure tables were set up DAYS before my wedding so my bridal party and I could set up the centerpieces and favors and the room to how I wanted it. He also allowed me to keep my wedding dress in the bridal suite for 2 days until the wedding because I was living with my husband and my mom prior to the wedding so I really had no where to hide it. Annemarie was the maitre d and she was on point! She made sure we had food in the bridal suite for in between the ceremony and cocktail hour. she kept our cups full and us happy. I recommend this place to anyone getting married. I wish I could do it all over just so I could work with them again.

Absolutely amazing venue and staff. From the minute we entered the mansion, my husband and I knew this was where we wanted to get married. It definitely has a rustic appeal which we liked. There was so much natural light with the windows lining the back. Steve was amazing to work with from the start. He always responded to my emails the same day and was available whenever we wanted to drop by. Annmarie was our maitre d' for the day of our wedding and she was awesome. She kept everything running smoothly and kept everyone when and where they needed to be. She brought us our cocktail hour food in the bridal suite as we waited for our reception entrance, which was great. At the end of the night, I couldn't believe how fast she had everything cleaned up and our decorations in boxes. She even packed us food to go that we didn't finish. The staff and servers for our day of were incredible. They constantly checked in with the women of the bridal suite to make sure we had water, drinks, etc. During the reception we were also constantly doted on, as were our guests. The food was amazing and our guests raved about the cocktail hour and their entrees. We can't say enough great things about the West Sayville Country Club- everyone was phenomenal and I highly recommend this venue for any occasion!

Thank you to Steve and the staff at the Mansion. Our 6/25/16 wedding was the most perfect day and we feel we picked the perfect venue for us. From the start, Steve was flexible, responsive, and listened to all our needs. Selling points for us were the layout of the dining room and dance floor - they are separated by beautiful french doors and glass windows. Our 130 guests either danced the night away or had conversation at the tables without music bothering them! Also, the food. People are still talking about our cocktail hour menu. Luckily for us, we had the most gorgeous weather and enjoyed a "cocktail hour and a half" overlooking the Great South Bay. Guests arrived at 5pm and sat on the patio until dinner, then returned back outside for sunset pictures. I didn't meet the maitre'd Annemarie until the day of - she was professional and absolutely outstanding at her job. She gave me pros/cons of certain day-of decision quickly and I trusted her to take over the flow of the evening, even though we were a bride and groom who strongly preferred eating and THEN dancing. Annemarie and Steve always listened to our wants and needs and added their professional input after they understood why we wanted/needed what we did. The staff was attentive and friendly and at the end of the night all our decorations, cake, flowers, and the meal I never ate were packed up and ready to go. I had to handle all decorations - but with the right florist (venue recommended) and photographer (engagement shots in frames) and Pinterest ideas, my guests were actually giving me compliments on my decor. I used the Mansion's idyllic seaside setting as inspiration. At the end of the day, remember brides, it's not about the decorations - you and your guests will remember the food, the dancing, the company. And when the wedding's over, you'll remember just the happy moments. This venue left us with only happy memories thanks to a great set-up, excellent food, and outstanding service.

We had our wedding at the Mansion at West Sayville in November 2016 and it was the best day! Our ceremony was outside. The views from both inside and outside of the venue are incredible. Steve was extremely helpful with the planning process. He was highly available and responded promptly to all of our questions. When we found out that there was going to be scaffolding on the day of our wedding Steve was accommodating and made sure that we didn't even notice the scaffolding on our wedding day. He was very apologetic and candid about everything that was going on. Our guests were impressed by the food, my husband and I received so many comments on how amazing the food was. Our guests were also pleasantly surprised about the quality of the wedding cake, which is included in the price of the venue. My husband and I added the Viennese table as an enhancement for the desert and our guests were absolutely blown away by the presentation and the quality of the desserts. The Viennese table brought the class and caliber of the entire day up a notch. Annie was our maître d' and she was also very organized and made sure the flow of the day was seamless. My husband and I highly recommend the Mansion at West Sayville.

My husband and I were married September 2016. We loved every second about our special day spent at West Sayville Mansion. Steve and Ann Marie were very experienced and were very helpful during the planning and experience of the day. I felt they did their job perfectly and made the day go flawlessly. They also made our day really personal to us, giving us draft beer my husband love, letting us design the menu we wanted, and helping us out with our alcohol package good for the party. Overall, everything was perfect and this venue is perfect for any couple. Thank you Mansion at West Sayville for everything :)
