The Riviera

FANTASTIC! I cannot say enough good things about this hall! Our banquet managers were Michelle and Vicky. They were wonderful to deal with. They answered all our questions and really worked with us to plan our day. They were especially helpful with our menu selections. Robert Jay was our maitre d' – he was excellent. Very attentive! He took care of everything. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The food was excellent or so I heard! DH and I were busy greeting people and taking photos so we didn’t have much to eat. We did get a chance to gobble down the stuffed shrimp entrée which was delicious. Everyone had a wonderful time and some of the guests even called my mother the next day to tell her so. The view of the bay was spectacular and thanks to Mother Nature we were able to have cocktail hour outside. We were the only wedding there during the day so it really did feel like it was our special day.

We LOVED our wedding at the Riviera! The staff was very friendly and we felt as though they helped us with all of our personal questions and concerns. They were willing to work with us. On the night of our wedding, their service was exceptional and our guests were very impressed by the grounds and the presentation. Everyone had a great time at the wedding, including our older and younger guests. Because of the breathtaking landscape our pictures came out beautiful. We could not be happier with our choice and would recommend the Riviera to anyone looking for an intimate and fun wedding. Thanks guys!

We searched and searched for the location for our reception. So many places on Long Island treat customers like groups on mass, with their nose in the air if something is not to your liking. After being discouraged from so many highly advertised locations, we were thrilled when we met with the staff at the Riviera. Not only do they accommodate one wedding at a time, but they really “get” it and you. If you have a unique idea, they’ll do whatever they can to include it. We went to one of their open house weekends and after tasting the food, were completely sold. The upstairs bridal suite is wonderful and secluded, so if you need to use the restroom or get away for a moment, you can. Our guests were given espresso and coffee upon entering early, since we had a morning ceremony before getting to the Riviera. They made sure there was food in the bridal suite, incase we didn’t have a chance to eat. Your head is more than spinning on the day of your wedding and they think of everything. When my photographer wanted a photo on the spot and my husband had left his tux jacket upstairs, the maître’d was behind us with it before we could even ask. We were given one of each of the four main courses at our table so that we had a chance to try everything. I wasn’t feeling well and the bridal attendant already had Ginger Ale for me before I had enough time to request it. The cocktail hour was amazing, as was the Viennese display. Months later, we still get e-mails and phone calls about how wonderful a time our guests had, and wonderful the food and service was. The prices are so reasonable, and we were able to add on all of the special touches we had hoped to. The Riviera was definitely worth every penny. Thank you so much to the Riviera for making us feel special, comfortable, and for such a wonderful experience. Your location is unique and stunning and your staff is personable and amazing! I've never had such wonderful customer service! We cannot wait to book other events with you in the future!

The Riviera provided us with the most perfect wedding! We fell in love with the beautiful hall, view of the water, oh and of course the Gazebo where we were married! They made us feel like King and Queen since they do one affair at a time. The food was good the service was great and my guests can't stop talking about how beautiful the hall was.

My wedding turned out wonderful even though mother nature decided to make it pour and had floods everywhere. Michelle was our BM she was great and so very helpful and down to earth. She never made us feel uncomfortable with any questions we asked. Robert J was our maire d and he was also great. He was there to help with everything. Even when my husband steped on my train and popped off the button he saw i before i could ask for help and pinned me up. The food was great i keep hearing reviews from guest and my wedding was 1 month ago.. thanks Riviera for making my day so great..
