They did an incredible job with our cake! They were easy to communicate with and flexible. Our cake looked absolutely incredible and they made up a small and very inexpensive (but beautiful and elaborate!) cake for my parent's wedding anniversary. Highly recommend them!

The worst experience ever! I ordered my wedding cake OVER the counter...they didn't even take time to sit down with me (I should have known right then it wasn't going to be good) I gave them a picture, they gave me a price. When I ordered they said "fondant" was more money, BUT assured me they could create my cake with buttercream. THEY COULD NOT... it was exactly what I said I did NOT want. After the fact they said it should have been made in fondant...why was I given a price for buttercream when it should have been made in fondant and why was I told they could make it in buttercream when they clearly could not. When I called to speak with the owner he admitted he didn't even see the cake before it was delivered. He dismissed what I told him and only listened to what his part time employee told him regarding our conversation. I'm NOT a complainer...I was very clear with what I wanted and they did NOT DELIVER!!! BEWARE. When all was said and done after paying $800 for a cake for 100 people Rich Messina offered me a $100 credit or a cake top done correctly...seriously??? They couldn't make it happen on my wedding day for $800 when I have 100 guests but offer it 1 year later done as I originally asked or $100 credit after I paid $800... I DON'T THINK SO.....AVOID THIS BAKERY!!!! I wish I could give 0 stars!
We went with La Bonne Boulangerie because it was a recommended vendor from our venue. We had the option of choosing a cake design and filling that was included in our price or we could upgrade if we wanted to. We decided to go with the included one and we made a great choice. The cake looked beautiful and tasted great! I have gotten a ton of compliments on it!
