We got married in July and our friends and family are still talking about how great the JK Band was. They kept everyone dancing the whole night to an awesome variety of songs. We gave a few genre favorites, but for the most part, trusted the judgment of Joel & the band for the reception schedule/song selection and it worked out perfectly! They really know what they're doing. We don't typically write reviews online, but felt the JK Band truly deserved a shout-out. Everyone kept asking "Where did you find the band?" and in fact, it was right here through wedding wire! We then saw them perform in NYC after reading the reviews and made the best decision ever by hiring them. The dance floor was packed the entire night and we all had SO much fun! Thank you, JK Band!

JK Band was great- they actually played at my cousin's wedding 13 years earlier, but were just as good now as they were then. They were a great mix of Motown and top 40, and we loved having them.

My wedding reception was at Oheka Castle and the JK band was my band. They were absolutely amazing! Joel, the band leader, was easy to work with and communicated well. The JK Band read the crowd well and played music for everyone to enjoy!!! All of our guests danced and still are asking "who was your band? they were amazing!" If you need a band, for your wedding USE JK!!!!!!!

Thank you JK Band for making our wedding on Sept 27th so special!! Hands down, they MADE the night! We had soooooooo many people come up to us telling us how awesome the band was and I couldn't agree more. They had us dancing all night long! The day wouldn't have been the same without them and they were great about learning a few special request songs for us and setting the tone for a wedding that was more fun that I could've ever imagined!! Thank you again and I've already passed JK Band's name along to all of my friends getting engaged :)

The ultimate goal for our wedding was to throw an amazing party where our friends and family (and ourselves) would have an awesome time. And, we wanted to make that happen with live music. JK Band took our vision over the edge and created a night of dancing that we have been getting rave calls about for the last week and a half and, I don't see those calls ending any time soon. All members of JK Band are such talented musicians and, they exude a powerful, positive energy that gets people on their feet quickly and keeps them up dancing all night long. We had such an unforgettable time singing and dancing along to music that spanned decades. Joel is very professional and easy to work with. We had no questions walking into our wedding which helped make for a stress-free day. We have been telling everyone we know about them and, are so happy to recommend them here!!
