Although I have not had my wedding yet (scheduled for this September in the Sea Star Ballroom), I've had such a wonderful experience working with the staff at Atlantis thus far. I would like to personally point out that the Hotel Sales Coordinator, Suzanne Lincoln, has gone above and beyond to accommodate my wedding hotel block at the Hyatt Place East End right next door. Even after my hundreds of emails, she was so professional & helpful! We are so happy and can't wait for the wedding in September!

Dear Patty, April 2015 We are back from the honeymoon. I wanted to email you sooner but as you can imagine the first couple days after the wedding can still be a bit crazy. We want to thank you so much for making our special day just that- special. You are very patient, understanding…and you truly have a knack for making people feel better during crazy times. I cannot express in words how great your team was, if I could, I would hug each and everyone that I have encountered from your team including you and Patty a big hug! Everyone treated us so well and our guests were impressed by the service and organization of everything. I cannot remember everyone's names on my wedding day because everything occurred so quickly. My bridal attendant- I believe her name was Adrienne? Was remarkable, when I felt like I was going to freak, she was so sweet and has such a calming presence.

My wedding this past weekend was amazing from beginning to end! The guests loved the venue, and they raved about the food. My husband and I cannot say enough nice things about the staff, and service. My Wedding was setup perfectly, I detailed everything with their hands on detailing department and did a drop off of all my items - they DID EVERYTHING!! The staff night of - was ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Thank you Atlantis!!!!

Good afternoon, my name is Colleen and my husband and I had our reception at your venue 9/6/15. I just wanted to say thank you for everything you did. We had a three year engagement and during that time your staff especially patty did an incredible job helping us through the planning process. Patty was so helpful and I can't thank her enough especially dealing with all my phone calls about venue questions. All of our guest told us how much they loved the food, the aquarium and the sea star ballroom. You guys made our dreams come true and I can't thank you enough.
