Every single thing from start to finish was perfect. Everyone is so professional and amazing. I didn't even know about anything going wrong because literally they took care of everything before I could even find out about it. I was so beyond happy. Everyone is still raving about our wedding!!
Amazing staff and service. We worked with Rob for the last year and a half who was so great and answered every email right away that I sent him. We wanted rainbow frosting inside our cake and his pastry chef made it happen! We also did things a little different during our reception like the clumped all the "slower" stuff like first dances , father daughter dance into one, that way we could continue the night dancing and it worked out perfectly! Basically, anything you imagine in your head, they can make it happen. The bathroom was under construction and the whole floor where our reception was , was under construction 2 days before our wedding but Rob promised us he had people working around the clock to get it done for Friday and he did, and it came out amazing! Our Maitre'd was Chet and he was great!!
We got married at Jericho Terrace this past weekend and it was absolutely perfect. We signed our contract with Anthony. He made us feel comfortable right from the start and gave us such good and honest advice, we felt like we were dealing with family. The day we visited there was a wedding going on and he took us into the kitchen to see the magic happen and walked us through the cocktail hour room AND let us taste the food, which was what really sold us. Our maitre d' was Francisco and he was amazing! He was always so calm, collected, professional, and accommodating. Nothing seemed to phase him. He made our wedding day feel seamless. Even when we were running behind schedule (at no fault of the venue, we just had a lot packed into the day), he was never flustered and was all about accommodating us, making us and our guests feel comfortable. Jericho Terrace recently had massive renovations done and the space is even more beautiful than when we booked last fall. We had our ceremony in the skylight room and our reception in the dome room. The pictures we've seen so far are amazing! All of our guests raved about how beautiful the space was and how good the food was, but more importantly they raved about the amazing customer service from all of the staff. THANK YOU SO MUCH for making our wedding day absolutely perfect. It's hard to find such genuinely amazing service these days.
LOVED IT!! We got married on July 29 and the entire day was perfect from beginning to end. the staff was excellent, food amazing and atmosphere absolutely stunning. I'm still getting compliments. Book them!
My fiance and I fell in love with Jericho Terrace the moment we step inside the reception hall. Our banquet manager, Robert Stevenson is one of the most genuine, nicest, friendliest and most accomodating guy we've ever met. We are so happy that Robert is our banquet manager. We book Jericho Terrace two years prior to our wedding date May 24, 2009 and during these two years there were so many date changes and complications for our wedding but never once Robert complain. He was always there and accomodate our needs as much as we want him to. For example, we switch our date from October 2008 to May 2009....switch back to October 2008 and then finally settled on May 24, 2009. Robert never charged us more money for date changes or cancel our date. We also want to add on some extra things to our wedding like viennese hour and seafood bar. Every time we add on an extra item, he threw in another extra item for us like a martini bar or chocolate fountain. He always feel bad for charging us more money. He always answer our phone calls and emails on time. He is easy to get in contact with. He always make us feel welcome every time we come by Jericho Terrace for an event or drop our payment. Robert is a big teddy bear and Victor and I thank him so much for everything he did for us during the last two years. We will always recommend Robert and Jericho Terrace to our friends and family for any upcoming events. Thank you, Robert!
