Jericho Terrace is an awesome place to hold a wedding. From the start of planning to the big day, the staff at Jericho were so helpful. We had the pleasure of having our wedding in the newly redone Skylight room. Everything was awesome. Many thanks to Anthony, Robert and Jose.

Al was our banquet manager and from the moment we met him we knew Jericho was the place. He was patient and sincere while explaining every process of a wedding, to two inexperienced newly engaged. With only six months to play with before the wedding, Al promised us to take care of every single detail and to leave everything to him and his crew. .. And boy was that the truth!!!! Our main request was to have a spanish speaking maître'd to alleviate the stress from the mothers. We immediately got Edgar assigned to our wedding and we couldn't be happier with him. Edgar was personable, professional, funny and most importantly he understood us. Edgar made our every single request possible without any hesitation. My entire bridal party was running late, causing me (the bride) to be late for the photo shoot. I contacted Edgar nervously to give him the heads up to which he responded: " Carla today is your day and you should not worry about anything, we will stress out for you so you don't have to. We will make it work I promise". We also had Victoria and Rosa as the bridal attendees and they were simply amazing. Our wedding was on January 4th 2014, in the skylight room for the ceremony and the beautiful dome room for a party. And I have ZERO complaints about this place. ( I DO HAVE HIGH EXPECTATIONS) Family and friends do not stop complimenting what looked like a royal wedding. From the quality and taste of the food, to the excellent customer service of the staff, to the drinks, from the amazing scenery of the place to the organization of every single detail. Everyone was amazed and incredibly happy. Thank you Jericho Terrace, Edgar, Al, Victoria and Rosa for making my wedding a dream come true!!! P.S. We will be holding all of our events at Jericho!! Jericho is, impressive, impeccable, beautiful, professional, highly recommended, excellent food. They did everything to make sure that i and my husband was fully taken care of. When we pulled up to the venue, i didn't have to lift a finger. Everything was taken care of by the bridal staff & matridee (Walter). We didn't have a wedding planner so Walter did everything & made sure all the small details were taken care of. The Jericho terrace bridal staff helped me get dressed, found everything that was missing & scattered as well as made sure that i was out to meet my husband within a timely matter. Especially the younger brunette woman that helped me get dressed and find my garter belt. I really wish i could remember her name. i really appreciate her going above & beyond to help me. The food was AMAZING.We received so many complements on the food. It was nothing that i expected. I was going to be happy with decent food but theirs were so good. They even had ribs that was so delicious, well seasoned & not over cooked. We requested a Jamaican dish "oxtails" I was so afraid about how it would taste & my guest kept talking about how delicious it was; especially my bridesmaids. We got married in the new skylight room. It was being renovated when we 1st saw it but we took the chance. It was amazingly beautiful "like a fairytale" my guest said. We also had cocktail hour in the newly renovated smaller room. I cant remember the name but it was beautiful, with a heavenly look towards the front & an outdoor look towards the back; with a fireplace. The reception was in the oak room. This was my favorite room. It didn't have the sky light view like all the other rooms but i did feel as if it was my favorite & it didn't bother me because my wedding was in the evening. The room is so beautiful that it barely needs enhancements such as florals. We did crystals and a little bit of flowers . I recommended this place to anyone that just want their day to be beautiful & smooth.
Jericho Terrace was simply amazing...just spent an hour writing a review that did not fit in the space provided. All I can say is they were accommodating, professional, and friendly. Cocktail hour was crazy awesome with enough seating for all guests. Dinner was spaced accordingly and delicious. Ryan our Maitre' D was outstanding...he eased any nerves I had throughout the night. Will definitely recommend Jericho to anyone. =)
