Bridal Reflections in Massapequa was my first stop for wedding dress shopping and it was a success. Mary Lou was unbelievable and knew EVERYTHING about their dresses. I went in wanting one thing and after we talked I realized that would not be the best choice for my build (short and petite). My appointment was scheduled for 1 hour and I was there for 3 hours - and not once was I rushed. I do recommend going on a weekday if that is possible. I tried on 7 dresses and was set on 2. Mary Lou insisted I try on one more dress - and that was THE dress! The second I had it on the tears started and when I walked out to my family their faces said it all. It was PERFECT! Simple, elegant, sexy, romantic, and ME. In addition to the dress I bought my veil and my belt from Bridal Reflections. I tried to look else where for the belt since it was a little pricey but i couldn't resist - it went perfect with the dress and gave it a completely different look. After searching months for matching jewelry and hair comb (pearl and cubic) Bridal Reflections helped me get in contact with their jewelry vendor Robyn who made custom pieces to match my dress and belt. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I am so thankful I started there with Mary Lou. My dress and accessories were perfect! I absolutely recommend this vendor!

Bridal Reflections was the first shop that I went into after getting engaged. They made me feel like the only bride in the room, and immediately picked out a dress exactly of what I have been envisioning. Unfortunately, I left that day and started my new addiction of trying on dresses at shops all across the island. After months of frustration, and experience unmatched to Bridal Reflections, I returned to Bridal Reflections Carle Place and fell in love all over again with my initial choice! My James Clifford gown was the one for me, and the staff at Bridal Beflections matched a beautiful veil and after three fittings had the dress fitting like a glove. I couldn't have been happier with Bridal Reflections attentions to detail, and how beautiful my gown looked on my wedding day! I am so happy I chose Bridal Reflections!
My experience at Bridal Reflections was outstanding. I found my dress after only trying on about four others. The woman who was working with me when selecting my gown considered what I wanted and brought me so many wonderful choices I could not find anything wrong with any of them!! They were all exquisite. However, it was not until she pulled out this dress and put it on me that I knew it was the one. She totally fit it to my personality and was a pleasure to work with. What I must say most impressed me about Bridal reflections was how well taken care of I was at all of my fittings. The seamstress Zizi was a breathe of fresh air. She made me feel so wonderful and comfortable and truly fit the dress to my body like a glove. The experience overall was just amazing, looking back on it I feel so sad its over!! However, I would refer Bridal Reflections to all future brides. They really cater to your needs and wants. They make you feel the way a bride should feel! We only get this opportunity once in a lifetime. It was just an exceptional experience.
Bridal Reflections was an absolute pleasure to work with. Since the first day that I came in when I just found my dress, to the day that I picked it up the people that have worked with me were amazing. The staff was very kind, knowledgeable and so friendly. The alterations department did everything possible to make my dress perfect. I have nothing but great things to say about them. This was one of the biggest purchases I have ever made in my life and I would not have went anywhere else. Thank you for making this experience so enjoyable and exactly how it should be!
