Stayed the Memorial day week end for a wedding close by. The front desk was very accommodating, the restaurant and bar personnel were very friendly. The dinner selection was good. The breakfast was more limited. Good experience overall
Trip to attend a wedding I grew up on Long Island and remember being at this hotel for a class reunion. I couldn't believe how much it changed, everything was new and modern. Everyone in my family from out of town stayed here for the wedding. The rooms were large and clean. Loved the bathroom and shower. The staff was wonderful. I would recommend staying there. Being right off the expressway made it easy to go anywhere on the island. We only ate breakfast and had lunch one day. The rest of the time we were out with the family for meals. I would stay there again on another trip back.
Best choice for our guests & wedding rehearsal dinner! From the moment we checked in, everyone was so wonderful to us & our guests. By the end of the week, I felt like we knew everyone on staff. Our guests were happy with the personal touch they added to their stay. The staff that organized our rehearsal dinner went above and beyond for us. The food was fantastic. They helped put little touches on my decorations too. I couldn't have picked a better place. We are so grateful.
We spent five nights here for my daughter's wedding nearby. A lot of family members stayed as well and everyone was very pleased. Staff was very accomodating. The restaurant was the best I have ever experienced in a Holiday Inn, we had several meals including breakfast buffet which was extensive (fresh bacon, eggs, French toast, etc, etc.). Dinners were gourmet quality and reasonably priced. The rooms were very updated and modern, nice beds, etc. Only problem with the room was that the closet was inside the bathroom which was awkward at times. Plenty of parking. Hotel was pricey but I am from Virginia and not used to NY prices perhaps.
I had to stay one night for a wedding at Jerico Terrace. This place was perfect. Location is directly off 495 for easy on easy off access. The frong desk staff was more than helpful. They us valuable info with pre printed maps for local stores and restaurants. Thr rooms are newly renovated. Bed was very comfortable and had all the hotel creature comforts (fridge, coffee maker,microwave, flatscreen, wifi and safe). If to complain which I cant because everything else was so lovely the hotel is very large. We had two rooms on opposite sides which on the positive helped me burn all the calories from the wedding. My two daughters enjoyed their stay as well. Wish I could have this same experience at every hotel stay at!
