A warm welcome and congratulations to Margarita and Vincent, as well as an extended congratulations to their respective families; Dila and Jose; Ann and Vincent. Margarita, a legal assistant, and Vincent, an electrician, were engaged on August 5, 2013 at Paley Park in NYC. The happy couple is looking forward to their September 9, 2015 Long Island wedding!
