View Restaurant Lessings

We just had our wedding at View on July 1st, and everything was absolutely phenomenal. We initially chose View because it's our favorite restaurant and we wanted to avoid typical catering-hall food. We couldn't be more pleased with everything! The location truly couldn't be more perfect for an afternoon wedding, and our guests are still raving out our food! The View staff was wonderful to work with from start to finish, especially the managers Jimmy, Joe, and the matri'd Courtney. We dropped off all our decore a few days and Courtney went above and beyond setting everything up for us. I was blown away on the big day when I walked in to see the reception space. Courtney also really went above and beyond to help curb my stress on the big day. Everyone worked hard to see that our wedding day went smoothly, and we can't thank View enough!

We had our wedding at the View on July 29 and couldn't have been happier with everything. New this year, the venue is offering a package deal that includes vendors for a flat rate for 100 guests. I highly recommend it. The vendors were all very professional and gave us exactly what we were told we would be getting. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The View is not your typical cookie cutter wedding venue. The location is gorgeous, even on a cloudy day like we ended up with. It's on the smaller side so if you're looking for a 200+ person wedding, you should go elsewhere as it could get crowded. But if you're looking at the 75-150 range, it's perfect. The venue was closed to the public the day of the wedding so we had everything to ourselves from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.

My day was an absolute dream and the wedding venue had alot to do with it. The ambiance was exactly what we were looking for. Jimmy and the rest of the View team were absolutely a pleasure to work with. We had our ceremony onsite and after Jimmy took us to a private island to get amazing pictures. The food was talked about for weeks after! It was a fairytale wedding!

Absolutely amazing! My husband and I had decided a long time ago we wanted a laid back, waterfront wedding. We had been to View Restaurant for dinner and brunch many times before and thought this would be the perfect place to say our "I do's!" We chose a brunch wedding, with having our ceremony prior to that. Fortunately, we were able to get married outside on the water in their beautiful space. It could not have been any more perfect than it was. Brunch to follow was exceptional, as it always is. Although we shared the space with another party and regular customers, I never once felt like the space wasn't totally ours. We were completely taken care of by their amazing staff and could actually enjoy our guest without feeling overwhelmed. I would do it all over again and not change one thing about our day and experience.

We had our wedding at the VIEW on August 12, 2017 which was amazing! Everything from start to finish went smoothly thanks to Courtney, Jimmy, Joe and the entire staff. Our friends and family are still raving about how much fun they had, how delicious the food was and the spectacular view. Most of them say it was the best wedding they have ever attended. We had our dance floor out on the patio which gave our 175 guests plenty of space inside to enjoy the beautiful set-up. The outside dance floor was a great idea thanks to the managers :) From the second we walked in that morning Courtney made sure we had everything we needed. Our entire day was amazing thanks to the VIEW and their entire staff!! Its a day we will never forget!
