Price quote (ballpark) from Florists

Hi. I haven't started looking for florists yet; however, I am curious as to what the ballpark price will be for what I need. Here's the tentative list:

1. my bouquet of 10-12 calla lilies (or mini callas - I'm not sure which)
2. maid of honor bouquet with 6-8 callas (or minis)
3. jr. bridesmaid bouquet with 4-6 mini callas
4. mothers' flowers - 2 'bouquets' with 2 callas (or minis) each
5. bouts - groom, best man, 2 dads, 5 ushers (probably a simple mini calla only)
6. church arrangement of tulips or other spring flower.
7. pew decorations (16 max) - not sure at all what i'm looking for; however, simplicity is key.
