Photographer quotes

I have a friend who is getting married next October. Her and her fiancee are trying to work within a budget for their wedding and are looking for a photographer. However they would like to keep within the budget of under $2k. Does anyone have packages under $2k? If so what do they consist of? Id really appreciate any help and insight you may have so I can help her out.
