Need a make-up artist...

I'm looking to have a heavy purple smokey eye for my wedding and I've tried a few artists who just can't do what I want and I've wasted so much money on disappointing trials. I'm looking for an artist who can replicate this picture and has reasonable trial prices. Thank you.
