if my church is at 3pm and my photographer is coming at 1pm and I have 5 BMs plus me plus my mom (so 7 girls) getting hair and makeup done...how early should we start that day?
and do you think we need just one makeup artist and one hairstylist for all 7 of us to get done on time?

I'd say you'll need about 5 hours to get everyone's hair and makeup done depending on the complexity of the styles chosen. You'll want to be ready about a half hour before the photographer to do any last minute things and put your dress on.
