Can someone tell me what RED flowers (aside from roses) are in season in early October? My florist is telling me there is virtually nothing in the red/burgandy family and I find this impossible to believe.

Re: Florists - need help?
Hi Stef! I did some research fro you, there's a pretty good website called: www.freshroses.com that shows you the list of flowers in season by month. The only other red flowers in season that I saw were carnations, gerber daisies and gladiolus. On another search there was a tulip festival in Australia during the 2nd week in October, so I'd imagine they would be available too. I hope this helps. --Laura, LA Productions (631)473-0271 or Laproductions5@yahoo.com
