All inclusive HM

My fiance and I have decided that we're most likely going to do an all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean or Mexico for our HM. We have looked into Sandals and Excellence resorts, and would appreciate quotes for those and other adults only resorts. We are looking to go for 10-12 nights (depending on price) in mid-August 2012.
