Im in the process of looking now. Ive been to Kleinfelds but the dress I love is too expensive. Any recommendations for great bridal shops in Brooklyn or Manhattan?
Did you try R.K. Bridal? They aren't fancy (sort of the Wall Mart of Bridal Shops) but they have loads of dresses and great prices. Go during the week I hear Sat is a zoo.
I have not been, but I hear Flowerama in Glendale is very good. I know it is in Queens but it might not be to bad of a drive. Good luck!
at Bergdorf Goodman here in NYC. I purchased one of the samples directly from the designer at her trunk show and got a really great deal (approx. $2200)with incredible service to boot! Just to give you an idea, my designer's dresses range from $3500 to over $10,000. Always check out the trunk shows no matter how expensive you think the store or designer may be. You may be surprised!

I have been to RK Bridal...I found the self service atmosphere to be distasteful (for that kind of money i want some service). Even still, they dont carry my dress line.

Did you go to the website of the designer you like? The websites usually have a list of locations that carry their line.
