Wedding invitation help

Hey,

So, it has come time to order invitations. I need opinions, I know a professional is probably super expensive and because of unforeseen circumstances we have to cut corners big time. I have found nice invitations on vistaprint. I was wondering if anyone has opinions on inexpensive invitations or ideas. I have even toyed around with buying those kits they sell to make them yourself. Just want some feed back.

Thanks!

I used magnet street.com. Everyone is saying how beautiful my invitations are and I had a $150 off coupon so it was inexpensive compared to other things i had looked at. They were easy to make, shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. I definitely recommend!

Another bride on here is using emdotzee designs (you can google it) the girl is located in North Carolina and does all custom designs and her prices seem really good compared to what I've heard for what I'm looking for. Definitely check them out and e-mail her to get a definite price.

I hired Jens Invites. She has invitarions that are really reasonable and does custom work too. You check her work out on IG and FB, she's out of Minnesota. Also there's Zazzle.com. They have a ton of different invitations for really great prices.

i just got my invitations from zazzle.com. I had a groupon and it was really inexpensive. Theyre great because you can take their designs and change them anyway you want. some of my friends have paid around 1200-1400 for their invitations. I new i didn't want to spend a crazy amount, most people throw them out anyways

I am thinking I am going to use Minted.com (loved them and they address the enevlopes for free or Wedding Paper Divas.. Invitations by Jen are also cheaper than going to someone.. I tried to go to Jessica Leigh - and they wanted $1200!!!! looking on these websites it was like $300 TOPS!

We cut corners too and went with cards and pockets. We designed them ourselves using Adobe photoshop and printed from home -pics in album. Very affordable and so much to choose from.

I used Cards and Pockets as well. I designed my invitation. You can also have them print your invites, which I did and it was cheap. If you printed them yourself, you could easily spend less than $200. For 60 invites, I spent about $275 and that's with postage. Don't forget about that!

LIW won't let me advertise on the forum that I make invitations, so I'm not telling you that I do.

But if you need advice, you can find me in the Facebook groups or online.
