Hi ladies, as the hunt for venues begins i realize my budget might hold me back from having some of the things i want and dream for my wedding. (would like to stay around 110 per person after taxes) Does anyone have quotes for the following venues? I think if I set up appointments with countless venues just to find out its out of my budget ill get discouraged quickly! Please FM me if you do! I'm looking for July/August 2017 but open to changing that (would rather a Saturday but fine with Sundays:
Floral Terrace North Ritz Club Riviera Fox Hollow Villa Lombardis Flower Fields Lands End (and any others you have that I didn't list will also be a huge help)

You have fm with my list of venues I contacted. I got a lot of them through email. Just remember they're from last March when I was looking for fall 2016 because that's what I was looking for at the time. So just expect some to be $5-$10 more per person.

Some people will definitely look at your like your crazy but you save so much money in the end. I booked my venue about 25 months in advance and got 2015 pricing because of it.

I've been on here quite awhile, just don't post because people do think I'm crazy. It's always good to get the cheaper prices for booking early, so don't let anyone get you down about planning early.

Our wedding is Soetember of this year. the Riviera quoted me at 70pp after taxes and service fees it is 91pp. Children and vendors are 40pp. They threw in the chocolate fountain and champagne chart for free. They also took 500 off of ceremony fee. They do one wedding at a time. I would really recommend this venue, It is absolutely amazing. Very rustic feel right on the water.

I'm not sure what the Venetian's prices will be for 2016/17 but I'm paying $100 for a Saturday night. They gave $90-$100 for the weekend I picked. Maybe they're prices won't change too much. Congratulations and good luck venue shopping.
