venue HELP!!

I just recently got engaged and I'm trying to figure out prices per person for some venues i had in mind. which is the best to go with and what not. I don't want to waste mine or the venue's time and I'm on a tight budget. I was looking at Chateau la mer, Watermill and Jericho Terrace.. we would like to get married around october on a friday and for about 150 people. please help!! TIA

I have Quotes for Friday in October 2015 for Chateau La Mer that I can send to you. They are a little old but can give you a rough idea.

Yes day weddings are cheaper. I sent you FM. I was pricing evening so it is more. Alot of girls having been getting married on Thursday which is a lot cheaper

Check prices for Sunday day time. I have heard Jericho terrace and water mill are 'wedding factories'

You can also check East Wind and Lessings. Those places do everything for $10k for 100ppl and the planning. A lot of brides have said it's helpful and worth the budget.

Re: venue HELP!!

No help with pricing on those venues here, but just wanted to chime in that I worked at Chateau la Mer for a summer and they are on top of their stuff. I worked there summer 2005 and the owners were very strict with employees (not in a bad way, just making sure everything went perfect for the events). I never saw anything major go wrong during any of the weddings I worked. If you wind up there, you'll be in good hands!
