tea party bridal shower

I am the MOH and the bride wants an authentic 'high tea' bridal shower... any suggestions for Suffolk County, Long Island venues that offer a tea room setting/atmosphere or that host High Tea? Also, where can I purchase vintage tea cup sets in bulk for favors?
Thanks in advance!
