RXR Plaza in Uniondale (Formerly EAB Plaza)

Hello,
Has anyone taken their wedding pictures at the RXR Plaza? If so, did you need a permit? What is the cost?
My wedding is in August in Floral Park. I'm looking for somewhere nice to take photos that isn't too far. Looking to stay in Nassau. The Old Westbury Gardens is way too much money for me.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
