Hi! I am set up for Pre cana next weekend at Rockville center. Has anyone gone to this location or it, know anything about it? This whole pre cana day is giving me a lot of anxiety. Any insight into what's covered or what you have to do is appreciated.

A few insights of the experience for others awareness: Heavy on procreation, evangelizing, a few jabs about gender identity, a touch of natural family planning, and a whole lot of superiority. On the positive side you didn't have to do any written exercises.
