As my wedding is only 29 days away, I'm feeling a serious 'crunch'. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on readings (not too long). We are getting in the Atrium at the Milleridge and we don't want anything too too religious as a reading and are having trouble finding anything. I was just curious if anyone had any suggestions...
Also, we still aren't sure (and I know we have to decide) whether we should make programs or not. I was thinking of doing it myself but then thought if I could find someplace affordable, I'd possibly just have it done. Can anybody suggest any places where they had theres made up?
Thx :)

Have you considered Matthew 19:4-6 - It`s pretty short, but basically says nothing should come between a husband and wife to tear them apart ...
4 He answered, 'Have you not read that he who made them from the beginning made them male and female, 5 and said, `For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh`? 6 So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man put asunder.'

Take a look at the planning ceremony section of theknot.com. They have a nice selection of sonets and love pomes.

My future MIL bought me a book about marriage - it has a lot of poems and sayings that would definitely suit your needs. The title is The Language of Marriage: a collection from Blue Mountain Arts. Good luck! :)
