Please help!! Looking for venue quotes

Trying to plan a wedding in Fall or Winter 2020... looking for quotes from the following vendors (Friday or Saturday)

Chateau Briand
Riviera
East Wind
Leonard's Palazzo
Bourne Mansion

Any other affordable vendors on Long Island would help. Trying to spend no more than $125pp

Any info will help! Thanks!

Wedding wire would sometimes have price ranges. But making an appointment with the place is probably the best. Different times of years may have different pricing. For example: the fall/winter may be cheaper than the spring/ summer. Most of the time they won’t give you pricing over the phone :(

Yea, just call and schedule an appointment to view the venue and get their prices.  That's your best bet.

I got married at Chateau Briand May 2017 and it was on a Thursday night.  Their Friday/Saturday night quotes for the time period you were interested MAY have been around $125, but my quotes were from 2016.  Also, you'll need to meet minimums.

A new bride just told me that the Fall is the new in-peak time period, so $125 for a weekend night might be a bit of a stretch, especially for the last two venues you listed.

I just booked my wedding for September 2019 at Jericho Terrace for $100/ plus tax

The Inn at New Hyde Park gave us a quote for $120/pp +tax for September 2020.

Aim for a thursday, Friday evening or a Sunday, be flexible with your dates. The closer the date the better the quote. The further out the date the more money they may charge you because rates change. Narrow down your prospective venues and get quotes from them. Schedule a few tours and ask for discounts. Some places will give a discount if you work for a hospital that gives them a lot of business or if you and your spouse work for law enforcement, military or fire depts.

Hello! I looked at the Riviera and they wanted $150 per person with a 150 person minimum. We didn’t try to negotiate because we knew the venue wasn’t for us after the tour, but you might be able to lower the price. We ultimately went with Coindre Hall in Huntington for $125 per person with a 125 person minimum. I imagine the hall would be beautiful in the winter. The coordinator, John is great and also works at Three Village Inn in Stony Brook which has the same prices. Good luck!!

Definitely try the Inn at New Hyde Park! For that time of year they will definitely be less than $125, especially for a Friday. For Friday nights, they quoted me $115 for December, $110 for January and $120 for November. Also, they are definitely negotiable and they include a lot!! It's also gorgeous there in the winter!
