Im having a Sunday afternoon wedding (ends at 6) I was thinking b/c a lot of people are taking off monday, what could I do afterwards? Rent a bar or something? my mother is having a brunch the next morning, but I was thinking it would be nice to do something for a few hours aftwards???

yeah definately!! at first we were looking at a sat. afternoon wedding..and we were going to have a party back at my parents place..just to carry on the celebration..if your mom does not want to have it at her place..maybe someone else can.

This Sat. afternoon friends are getting married so after we are all going to the Huntington Hilton, where the bride & groom are staying along with a few others, so we take advantage of the bar they have there to hang out in!!

we are having an afternoon wedding & doing the same thing Val R`s friends are doing. We are staying at the GC Hotel on our wedding night, so friends are coming back to the hotel bar with us after the reception.

What I'm doing

Our wedding ends at 6:00 on Sat. evening - we have made arangements to go to a bar/rest. it has a hotel attached so a lot of people are staying there. We are having a brunch the next day. I think it is a great idea most poeple are looking for something to do after at a wedding when it ends early. Plus now you get to enjoy the entire day not just the evening.
