I have repeatedly changed my preferences so that only the messages that are new since my last visit are posted but this doesnt happen..is there something wrong? no matter if I read the message or not each time I come back it says new

What operating system and browser are you using? Do you have cookies disabled?
It has never been a problem before-- I am using Internet explorer and cookies are enabled--any other suggestions?

We have to be able to duplicate the problem to fix it. We haven`t been able to duplicate and we haven`t heard of this happening to anyone else. We`ll keep looking into it!
