Madison Ave Photography Studio

Fantastic, marvelous, supurb!! That is what I think of the job done by Madison Ave Photography Studio. I am a type 'A' personality. I am as anal-retentive as they come. I am demanding, picky, critical and probably a few other choice words as my family tells me. I can't help it - I am a perfectionist. I was running a little late the day of my wedding. My photographer, Ted, was right on time. Did he rush or panic - nope. He patiently waited until I was ready. I told him that we had to be on the road by 430pm and I had already lost a half hour because of circumstances beyond my control. There were very specific pictures that I wanted to take before we left. Ted said 'No problem'! He kept everyone on track and made sure that we had all the pictures we wanted and I was on the road at exactly the right time. We had plans to have all of the pictures done before the ceremony. We did pictures with my family at the hotel and we were doing pictures with my husbands family at the reception site. We get to the reception site and there is a mass of people (my husband has a very large family). Ted organized them quickly and got all of the pictures completed before the ceremony. This left us with a handful of pictures of us to take after the ceremony - that took all of 15 minutes. This allowed us to enjoy our cocktail hour with our guests. Throughout the evening Ted was apparently taking pictures. I did not realize how many pictures he had taken until I saw my proofs. I asked my husband if he knew when Ted took all of the pictures!! The reason that I say that is because Ted was not constantly in our face like some other photographers. We were not getting pulled left and right; we were not constantly told to stop and pose. If I did not know he was there I wouldnt know he was there. After we came home from the wedding, I checked the website each day to see if my proofs had posted. I screamed when I saw the proofs. I was so excited. There were 541 pictures in total. OMG that was so many!!! I started going through them and was amazed at the photos. I generally dont like being in pictures but these pictures were beautiful. He captured the essence of what we were feeling. He took a few candid shots that were phenominal. I am going to have a very difficult time choosing which pictures I want blown up. They are all just so great. The entire experience from beginning to end was fantastic. Bob Knight called me today to tell me he was sending me my photos. When I heard his voice all that I could say to him was that Ted was fantastic and that the pictures turned out awesome. All I can say is thank you sooooo much!! You guys are amazing!!! Soo helpful with the planning!! The day of the wedding was soo much fun, it wasn't stressful! I thought it was going to be crazy Bc I have such a large family, but it was sooo smooth!!! We are sooo pleased, we are going have a life time of memories of that day, I cant wait to show my grand children these pictures!! Thank you again
