To say I was dissatisfied is an understatement. If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would! I had booked Sir Oliver for my wedding months in advance and had confirmed everything was in place for the day. However, on the day of my wedding, I was contacted at 12:50pm by the driver of the limousine to let me know that the limo had broken down and he wouldn't be arriving to my house until 1:10/1:15pm. While I understand that cars breakdown and this was unforeseeable, my contract stated that my pick up time would be 1pm. I had to arrive at the church by 1:15pm, so when the driver informed me of the delay, I told him I would drive myself to my own wedding. He insisted that I wait for him and that we would still arrive to the church on time. I find it astounding to ask a bride to wait and be late on her own wedding day. The driver arrived to the church at 1:21pm (which means I would have been late) and proceeded to insert himself in the bridal procession. When it was time for myself and my dad to walk down the isle, he started to touch my train and instructed my photographer to open the door. Who in there right mind would instruct the photographer, who is supposed to capture me and my dad walking down the aisle, to open the door! After the ceremony, he inserted himself in my receiving. Again, unnecessary and not ok. When I contacted the manager, Rich, 5 days after my wedding day to ask for a partial refund due to the contract not being upheld, he replied 10 days later with a very lengthy and wordy email stating that it was unforeseeable and didn't once address giving me a partial refund. I replied to his email immediately, again asking for a refund, and I have yet to hear from him (it has now been a month with no response).

I can’t thank every member of the Sir Oliver team for being so amazing during the planning of my wedding. Every time I called with what was going to be an issue, they resolved it right away. When we had more guests staying at our hotel than we had planned for they upgraded us to a larger shuttle at no additional cost. We had a 36 passenger shuttle which we used before and after our wedding which the drive showed up promptly on time both times. My husband and I would highly recommend this company again!!

Loved them!! I used Sir Oliver for my wedding and bachellorette party. On both occasions they were professional and helpful. Our drivers Joe and Rachel went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The limos were clean and beautiful. I highly recomend them to anyone in need of dependable transportation. We will be using them again in the future. Thanks again guys!
