The Romantique team and drivers are true professionals. They are honest business men and know how to take care of you as a customer. Drivers were punctual and professional. They kept everyone on time for the church, pictures and hall. They also were aware of all traffic and issues and avoided it when necessary.
We used 2 limo companies for our wedding due to some last minute changes and availability issues, and Romantique was one of them. They were great. We rented a party bus for the family, and and Infinity for the bridal party, as well as one of the larger buses for the return home. All the cars were beautiful inside and out. Clean, classy, and gorgeous. Everyone felt like they were riding in high style. The drivers were incredible. it poured that day, and they were so wonderfully accom0dating. They helped everyone in and out of the cars, even carried wheelchairs for my mother and grandmother who cannot walk. They were absolutely fabulous. They all worked together, even with the driver of the other company to carry umbrellas over me so my dress didn't egt wet, and were constantly assisting me with my cathedral length train, and veil. Such gentlemen. They made the miserable weather more tolerable and easier to work with. thank you so much..romantique played a big part in making our special day possible. Amazing service, and completely reasonable!!
Our limo experience was fantastic. Our driver Carlo was awesome! He even did a liquor store pit stop for us. The limo was fully stocked. They do not provide alcohol but we dropped of a bottle of champagne the night before and it was chilled and waiting for us when we got into the limo. Carlo was properly dressed and completely courteous. Loved him! The limo was clean both inside and out. No complaints at all. We would definitely use them again.
MY driver for my wedding was Eugene and he was such a great help with everything. Between the 90 degree heat, and then the pouring rain, Eugene had us covered, literally! (we didn't have any umbrellas). Would highly recommend!
It’s one of the most important parts of scheduling your big day, and Double Diamond delivered beautifully! We had a very unique situation with pickups, dropoffs and multiple locations through multiple states. The people at Double Diamond were very accommodating and helped us plan everything perfectly. All of the drivers were on time, the limos are all very new and were very clean, and the drivers were dressed formally for the occasion. We had a very large bridal party in one limo, and a big group of older family members in another limo. The drivers were patient, friendly and good drivers! The crew at the store did a great job recommending appropriate vehicles for the parties we had. We had the perfect amount of room in both limos. Highly recommend
