A warm welcome and congratulations to Rosa and Matthew, as well as an extended congratulations to their respective families; Alba; Patricia and Phil. Rosa and Matthew were engaged on October 4, 2013 at Whittier beach. 'He totally surprise me! We were walking our dog Gracie down by the beach. He then stopped, went on one knee, and asked will you marry me...but the jewelry box was upside down, which just made it even more perfect.' The happy couple is looking forward to their June 28, 2015 wedding at Swan Lake in Manorville.
