Welcome and congratulations to Tara Biviano and Andrew Powers, and an extended congrat to their respective families; Diane and Bernard Biviano; Doreen Dibartolo and Robert Powers. Tara, a professional assistant from Kings Park, and Andrew, a contact representative in accounts management for the IRS, from Deer Park, were engaged on July 14, 2013 at Tobay Beach. The happy couple is looking forward to their October 24, 2014 celebration of love.
